Welcome to VoiceHub Studio. By booking and using our recording services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our website
• Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the session
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee

2. Studio Usage

• Studio time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of arrival time
• Clients must treat studio equipment with care and respect
• Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas
• Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original vocal performances. VoiceHub Studio retains the right to use excerpts of recordings for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Liability

VoiceHub Studio is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal property while on our premises. We recommend clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

5. Recording Delivery

Mixed and mastered recordings will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate any session if a client behaves inappropriately or violates studio policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
